  • The Police Commissioner shall by regulations approved by the Governor provide for the organization of the Police Auxiliary including—

    • (1) numerical membership;

    • (2) number and rank of officers;

    • (3) physical and moral qualifications for enlistment; and

    • (4) such other matters as may be required for the proper functioning of the Police Auxiliary.
