  • (a) The Police Commissioner shall act as the Commanding Officer of the Police Auxiliary and shall coordinate, supervise and direct the Police Auxiliary, subject to the approval of the Governor.

  • (b) The Governor shall act as the Chief Executive Officer of the Police Auxiliary.
