§ 607. Decisions; enforcement; appeals

The decisions of the Commissioner shall be enforceable by the Superior Court under the provisions of section 675 of this title. From such a decision an appeal shall lie in the same manner as other appeals from the Commissioner. However, in no case shall such an appeal operate as a supersedeas or stay unless he, she, or the court to which such appeal is taken shall so order. (Amended 1973, No. 193 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff.
