A health insurer as defined in 33 V.S.A. § 1900 that issues, sells, renews, or offers health insurance coverage in Vermont or who is required to be licensed or registered with the Department shall comply with the requirements of 33 V.S.A. §§ 1907, 1908, 1909, and 1910.
