§ 4. Transportation Board; meetings; quorum; compensation

The Board shall hold meetings as may be required for the performance of its duties and shall meet at such times and places as may be designated by the chairman. The chairman shall call a meeting upon the written request of the Governor or the written request of two Board members. A majority of the Board shall constitute a quorum. The members of the Board shall receive a per diem as provided by Title 32 for the time actually spent in work authorized by the Board and shall be reimbursed for necessary expenses while away from home.
