§ 3568. Railroad crossing highway

A railroad may be so laid out as to cross a highway if the Board judges it necessary. The railroad may raise or lower the highway, for the purpose of having its railroad pass over or under it. However, the railroad shall restore the highway as far as practicable and so as not to impair its usefulness. (Amended 1959, No. 329 (Adj. Sess.), § 39(b), eff.
