For the use of the forces described in this chapter, the Governor is hereby authorized to requisition from the Secretary of the Army any arms, ammunition, clothing, and equipment that the Secretary of the Army, in his or her discretion and under regulations determined by him or her, is authorized to issue and to make available to the forces the facilities of State armories and their equipment and other State premises and property as may be available.
