Every financial institution subject to the Federal Community Reinvestment Act of 1977 (12 U.S.C. § 2901) as amended shall provide to the Commissioner a copy of any report issued with respect to such financial institution under that act. If the financial institution is not a Vermont financial institution, then the requirements of this section shall only apply to reports that relate to its business in this State.
