§ 9-5.2. Revision of ordinances

The Board of Aldermen of the City of Rutland is authorized to revise the existing ordinances of said City and shall have authority to strike out and repeal obsolete and repetitive enactments, to amend, repeal, compile, delete, renumber, or rearrange any existing ordinance or part thereof as it may deem proper and expedient so as to condense the whole into concise and comprehensive form.
