This chapter may be amended in accordance with the terms and provisions of 17 V.S.A. § 2645 for the amendment of municipal charters. For this purpose, the word "municipality" in such statute shall be construed to mean "District," and "legal voters" as used in such statute shall be defined in accordance with section 8 of this chapter.
