§ 3-124. Chairman; clerk, records

Each of the boards and commissions named in section 120 of this charter shall organize by the election of a chairman and by the appointment of a clerk and, with the exception of the Board of Assessors and the Board of Tax Appeals, the clerk shall keep a written record of the proceedings of his or her respective board, such records to be the property of the City. The clerk need not be a member of the board or commission.
