The term of office for all trustees shall be three years, staggered so that at least one trustee is elected at any annual meeting. The Moderator, Clerk, Treasurer, and auditors shall all serve a one-year term. The term of office of all the Village officers shall commence on the day following their election, unless otherwise provided in this chapter, and continue until their successors are chosen and qualified.
