The trustees shall appoint a Village Manager for an indefinite term and fix his or her compensation. The Manager shall be appointed solely on the basis of his or her executive and administrative qualifications in accordance with the Vermont statutes. In all matters, the Village Manager shall be subject to the direction and supervision of the trustees and shall hold office at the will of the trustees. (Amended 2013, No. M-6, § 2, eff.
