The passage of this act shall not affect any ordinance, resolution, or bylaw lawfully enacted, ordained, and established under the provisions of the acts hereby amended by this act, and not inconsistent with the provisions of this act, but the same shall be and remain in full force and effect until repealed, altered, or amended.
