Nothing contained in this Article shall impair, affect, or alter any revenues or sources of revenues now or hereafter existing which are derived from the City's Tax Increment Financing District created under 2000 Acts and Resolves No. 159, Secs. 37 and 38, as amended by 2003 Acts and Resolves No. 68, Sec. 40.
