§ 129-904. Zoning Administrator

The Zoning Administrator shall be appointed in accordance with 24 V.S.A. § 4442. Upon appointment, the Zoning Administrator shall be under the direction of the Town Manager for faithful performance of his/her duties as prescribed in the Vermont statutes and this charter.
