(a) Copies of the minutes of the Zoning Board of Adjustment and the Milton Planning Commission, or portions thereof, shall be made available to any members of the public upon request of the Town Clerk and at cost.

(b) Copies of the minutes of the Zoning Board of Adjustment and the Planning Commission shall be filed and kept in the Town Clerk's office in separate books provided for that purpose.
