§ 129-403. Record of proceedings

(a) It shall be the duty of the Clerk of the School Board to keep an official record of its proceedings which shall be open for public inspection.

(b) The minutes of each meeting shall be approved within 30 days of the meeting by a majority vote of the School Board. An unofficial copy shall be filed in the Town Clerk's office five (5) days after the meeting.
