The officers of the Town of Jamaica shall be those provided by law for towns, except as otherwise provided by this chapter. Officers shall have all the powers and duties necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter as well as those provided by law. (Added 2011, No. M-2, § 2, eff. Feb. 16, 2011.)
