(a) Copies of the minutes of the Zoning Board of Adjustment or the Hardwick Planning Commission, or portions thereof, shall be made available to any member of the public upon request to the Town Manager and at cost.

(b) Copies of the minutes of the Zoning Board of Adjustment and the Planning Commission shall be filed and kept in the Town Clerk's office in separate books provided for that purpose.
