  • (1) "Malted beverage" means:
    • (a) beer;
    • (b) a flavored malt beverage; and
    • (c) heavy beer.
  • (2) "Packaging" means the outer packaging that is visible to a consumer such as a carton, case, or other wrapper of a container.
