- Enforcement powers of the attorney general.
- (1) The attorney general may enforce this chapter.
- (2) The attorney general may initiate a civil enforcement action against a person for violating this chapter.
- (3) In an action to enforce this chapter, the attorney general may recover:
- (a) actual damages to the consumer;
- (d) $2,500 for each violation of this chapter.
