63A-18-102. Definitions.
  • (1) "Board" means the Utah Transparency Advisory Board created in Section 63A-18-201.
  • (2) "Public information" means the same as that term is defined in Section 63A-16-107.
  • (3) "Public information website" means:
    • (a) the website established by the State Board of Education in accordance with Subsection 53E-5-211(1);
    • (b) the Utah Open Records Portal Website created in Section 63A-12-114;
    • (c) the Utah Public Notice Website created in Section 63A-16-601;
    • (d) the Utah Open Data Portal Website created in Section 63A-16-107; or
    • (e) the public finance website established by the state auditor in accordance with Section 67-3-12.
