  • (1) "Board" means the Utah Natural Resources Legacy Fund Board created in Section 23-31-202.
  • (2) "Department" means the Department of Natural Resources.
  • (3) "Legacy fund" means the Utah Natural Resources Legacy Fund created in Section 23-31-201.
