 The sergeant at arms, or such other officer as may be appointed, shall be allowed the following fees: 
 -  For every arrest under process from the senate  $2.00 
  -  For each mile the sergeant or other appointed officer may travel in going to and returning from such arrest  .05 
  -  For executing each subpoena  .50 
  -  For each day the sergeant or other appointed officer may attend the senate on any such trial  2.00
