Authorization for disinterment and reinterment, in cases of movement of cemeteries or parts of cemeteries or for reuniting families, shall be required prior to disinterment of a dead body or fetus.
Authorization shall be issued by the state registrar to a licensed funeral director or person acting as funeral director, upon proper application.
