- Landfill Permits — Denial for Past Convictions
No permit for a commercial landfill facility for disposal of hazardous wastes shall be issued pursuant to §68-212-108 if:
- Any person who is the legal or beneficial owner of ten percent (10%) or more of the stock of the company or corporation applying for such permit has been convicted of any felony or has been convicted of a misdemeanor for the unlawful storage, treatment or disposal of hazardous wastes; or
- Any employee of the company or corporation applying for such permit has been convicted of any felony or has been convicted of a misdemeanor for the unlawful storage, treatment or disposal of hazardous wastes.
