An application for a license to hold an actual or anticipated assembly shall be accompanied by a license fee of one hundred dollars ($100), and, if the license is granted, the fee is paid to the state treasury and becomes a part of the general funds of the state.
A separate license shall be required for each calendar day and each location in which five thousand (5,000) or more persons assemble or can reasonably be anticipated to assemble.
