- Chapter Definitions
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
- “Assembly” means a gathering of five thousand (5,000) or more people that is conducted or can reasonably be expected to be conducted for eighteen (18) or more hours continuously, whether on public or private property;
- “Department” means the department of health; and
- “Person” includes any individual, natural human being, partnership, corporation, firm, company, association, society, or group.
