Any licensee, or applicant for license, aggrieved by a decision or action of the department or board, pursuant to this part, may request a hearing before the board.
These proceedings and judicial review of the board's decision shall be in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.
