- Reports on Existing Apprenticeship Programs of Boards and Commissions
Each of the boards and commissions created in title 63 that have statutorily created apprenticeship programs in effect as of July 1, 2014, or that previously had such programs in effect, shall submit a report to the persons and entities listed in §68-1-130(c) on or before December 31, 2014, that includes:

- The reason the apprentice program was created; and
- The reason the apprentice program is no longer in effect, if applicable;
- Historical data on the apprentice program since its creation, including:
- The number of persons participating in the program each year; and
- Program outcomes, including the percentage of program participants who have continued in their chosen fields;
- A description of the apprentice program and its objectives; and

- The number of persons licensed in each profession regulated by such boards and commissions from July 1, 2009, to July 1, 2014; and
- The number of persons employed in each profession regulated by such boards and commissions from July 1, 2009, to July 1, 2014.
