If the receiver should require the services of an attorney, the court shall appoint as attorney for the receiver one (1) or more of the attorneys representing any governmental body that is a party to the receivership suit.
Such attorney for the receiver shall serve without any compensation other than that received from the governmental body that such person represents as attorney.
