- Issuance of License
- Licenses for exercising all privileges for which license provisions are not otherwise made shall be issued on the applicant's paying to the clerk or other proper officer the specific tax laid on the license and the fees.
- Except as otherwise specifically provided, it is lawful for county clerks to issue licenses by the quarter for the exercise of any privilege.
