- Pleading of Lienor
The pleading of the lienor shall be in writing, on oath, stating:
- By whom and for what boat the debt was contracted;
- The items composing the debt;
- That it is justly due and unpaid; and
- That demand has been made of one (1) of the defendants, or of the captain or agent of the defendants, being at the time in the county.
