- Registered Nurse Qualifications
An applicant for a license to practice professional nursing shall submit to the board evidence in such form as the board may prescribe that such applicant:
- Is in good physical and mental health;
- Holds a diploma from a four-year accredited high school, or the equivalent thereof, as determined by the board; and
- Has successfully completed a course of study in an approved school of nursing, as defined by the board, and the applicant holds a diploma or degree from an approved school of nursing or the approved school has certified to the board that the applicant has met all requirements for a diploma or degree.
