- Actions Prohibited
It is unlawful for any person to:
- Violate any of this part or any rule or order of the supervisor or board;
- Make false entry or statement in any required report or record;
- Omit or cause to be omitted from any required report or record full, true and correct entries as required by this part;
- Fail in providing, within a reasonable time, a copy of any report or record requested by the supervisor; and
- Cause surface or subsurface pollution in the drilling, operation, or plugging of mineral test holes subject to this part.
