The policies of a life insurance company not organized under the laws of this state may, if approved by the commissioner of this state, contain any provision that the law of the state, territory, district, or country under which the company is organized prescribes shall be in the policies when issued in this state, and the policies of a life insurance company organized under the laws of this state may, when issued or delivered in any other state, territory, district, or country, contain any provision required by the laws of the state, territory, district, or country in which they are issued, anything in §§56-7-309 —56-7-311,56-7-2307,56-7-2308, and56-7-2311 to the contrary notwithstanding.
