A facsimile signature of any executing individual may be used in lieu of an original signature.
No prepaid limited health services contract that is otherwise valid is rendered invalid by reason of the apparent execution of the contract on behalf of the prepaid limited health service organization by the imprinted facsimile signature of an individual not authorized so to execute as of the date of the contract.
