- Authority of County Legislative Body With Respect to Conduct of Races and Regulation and Licensure of Automobile Race Tracks
A county legislative body shall have the authority to:
- Provide for the times, dates, and conditions under which motor vehicle races shall be conducted; and
- Establish any other rule relative to the regulation and licensure of automobile race tracks that the county legislative body deems prudent and advisable.
