- Proceeding by Petition for Building Bridge or Causeway — Appointment of Commissioner
- If a petition filed under § 54-13-103 is for building a bridge or causeway at the expense of the county, the county legislative body shall, at the same session when it is presented, appoint three (3) commissioners to receive proposals for the work, which proposals shall clearly specify the extent, character, and description of the bridge or causeway.
- The commissioners shall report their proceedings to the session designated by the county legislative body.
