Every public postsecondary institution is authorized to provide campus-wide wireless internet access to students, faculty, staff and the general public without charge.
For purposes of this section, “public postsecondary institution” means:
An institution operated by the board of regents of the state university and community college system; or
An institution in the University of Tennessee system.
