The method to be used in selling tickets or shares, which may include the use of electronic or mechanical devices, but such devices shall only be placed in locations on the premises of the lottery retailer that are within the view of such retailer or an employee of such retailer and, if outside the area of immediate control of the retailer, such devices shall be equipped with technology allowing such retailer to remotely deactivate such device. All electronic or mechanical devices outside the area of immediate control of the retailer shall bear a conspicuous label at least twelve inches (12") in circumference prohibiting the use of such device by persons under eighteen (18) years of age, stating the following: ATTENTION: STATE LAW STRICTLY PROHIBITS THE SALE OF LOTTERY TICKETS TO PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS; PROOF OF AGE MAY BE REQUIRED FOR PURCHASE.
