Family Support
- Scope of Family Support Services
The family support services included in this program include, but are not limited to, family support services coordination, information, referral, advocacy, educational materials, emergency and outreach services, and other individual and family-centered assistance services, such as:
- Respite care;
- Personal assistance services;
- Child care;
- Homemaker services;
- Minor home modifications and vehicular modifications;
- Specialized equipment and maintenance and repair;
- Specialized nutrition and clothing and supplies;
- Transportation services;
- Health-related costs not otherwise covered;
- Licensed nursing and nurses aid services; and
- Family counseling, training and support groups.
