58-5-30. Contingent liability of member of mutual insurer not terminated by termination of policy.

Termination of the policy of any member of a domestic mutual insurer shall not relieve him of contingent liability for his prorata share, if any, of the obligations of the insurer which accrued while the policy was in force.
