5-18D-8. Procurement management internal service fund created.
There is hereby created in the state treasury a procurement management internal service fund. The commissioner of administration shall apportion all expenses incurred in the administration of the procurement management system to all state departments, agencies, and institutions utilizing such system. Payments received therefrom shall be deposited into the procurement management internal service fund.
