43-22-10. Use of terms on maps, reports of survey, or other documents--Limitation.

The use of the term "South Dakota coordinate system of 1927 north zone," or "South Dakota coordinate system of 1927 south zone," or the use of the term "South Dakota coordinate system of 1983 north zone," or "South Dakota coordinate system of 1983 south zone," on any map, report of survey, or other document, shall be limited to coordinates based on the South Dakota coordinate systems as defined in this chapter.
