40-20-40. Mileage fee for travel to inspection.
The board may charge a fee for actual mileage traveled to perform a local inspection or an inspection at an open market. The mileage fee shall be in addition to the inspection fee and may not exceed the rate set by the State Board of Finance pursuant to §3-9-1.
