36-4B-26. Annual renewal of license required--Form.
A person holding an advanced life support personnel license under the provisions of this chapter shall renew the license annually on or before the fifteenth day of July. A person licensed as an emergency medical technician-intermediate/85, an emergency medical technician-intermediate/99, or an emergency medical technician-paramedic shall renew the license upon a form furnished to the person by the board.
