36-29-6. Fees for determination of applicant's fitness.
The Board of Medical and Osteopathic Examiners shall, pursuant to chapter 1-26, set the fees to be paid by an applicant to determine his fitness to receive a license to practice athletic training. The fees may not exceed one hundred dollars.
