36-24-17.2. Qualifications of applicant for hearing aid dispensing.
Any applicant for licensure to practice hearing aid dispensing shall:
(1)Be of good moral character;
(2)Be eighteen years of age or older;
(3)Be a high school graduate or the equivalent; and
(4)Pass an examination approved by the board.
The applicant may not be the holder of an audiology license.
